Frequently Asked Questions

We always have questions.

How do I get started?

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with how the challenge starts. For 45-days, Monday through Friday, you will receive an email with a little story and a journal prompt to write with.

We'll skip the weekends, but I'd encourage you to continue to learn more about your journaling and let them form into a new outlet or habit for you.

Is there any tools I can use to help?

There are a ton of tools that can help you. To get started though, I'd start with as easy as a process as you can. If you like to write with a notebook and pen, do that. If you want to use your phone or computer, consider the note app.The point right now is to develop the journaling habit. After that, you can pick up how you want to journal.

What do I do when I'm done?

When you've completed the 45-days, you will have learned a lot about yourself. You'll have the skills and the knowledge to keep up your journaling habits. Use them to continue your journey.
